Return and refund policy 


1. Delivery & Verification

 

We ship all orders via Yalidine with a pay-on-delivery service.

  • You are allowed to check the product at delivery before making payment.
  • Once the product is accepted and paid, it is considered confirmed and final.

 

2. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 24 hours after delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Size issues (please confirm before ordering)
  • Change of mind after acceptance
  • Used or washed items

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we offer:
    • Exchange (preferred option), or
    • Refund (depending on availability)

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

 

 

4. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping fees.
  • Otherwise, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
