Return and refund policy
1. Delivery & Verification
We ship all orders via Yalidine with a pay-on-delivery service.
- You are allowed to check the product at delivery before making payment.
- Once the product is accepted and paid, it is considered confirmed and final.
2. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 24 hours after delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.
⚠️ Returns are not accepted for:
- Size issues (please confirm before ordering)
- Change of mind after acceptance
- Used or washed items
3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we offer:
- Exchange (preferred option), or
- Refund (depending on availability)

- Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Return Shipping
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping fees.
- Otherwise, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
